Enclosure Templates

Enclosure Templates are used as templates for the enclosure comments which can be added during state transitions.

Select 'General Settings' option on the right hand side panel.
Click on 'Enclosure Templates'. The Enclosure Template listing is displayed.

Click on an existing template to edit or click on 'ADD' to add a new template.

Serial No	Field Name	Description
1	Title	Enter the name of the enclosure template.
2	Description	Enter text to describe the template.
3	State	Select one or more states in which the enclosure template appears for selection.
4	Macro	Select the macros from the drop down list that will appear in the 'Content' field of the template. You can select from 'Fixed Fields' and 'Custom Fields' (Additional Fields). These macro fields are replaced with the actual values when the enclosures are being added. Note: You can select any number of macros from the drop down. For more details, refer Appendix->Macros supported in SapphireIMS.
5	Content	The selected macros are listed here. You can add text along with the macros selected. Note: The macros need to be in curly brackets, for them to be replaced by the actual values.
