SapphireIMS has a number of in-built reports for ITOM. In addition, custom reports can be created. There are filtering capabilities where the report can be created or modified using the filters. These filters allow the data to be selected based on criteria like domain, OU, OS etc. Data can be filtered based on field values. Fields to be displayed can be selected. In addition, reports have access controls and selective permissions to view, edit and delete reports can be given to users and roles.
Reports can be combined to create MIS reports.
Reports can be scheduled to be generated periodically and either sent via e-mail or stored for offline viewing.
Custom Report facility allows custom reports to be created. There are certain queries which are pre-shipped. However other queries need to be created and Support can be contacted.
All reports can be exported into Excel, saved as a PDF file or sent as an e-mail.
