License Agreements

A licensing agreement is a legal contract between two parties known as the licensor and licensee. In a typical licensing agreement, the licensor grants the licensee the right to produce and sell goods, apply a brand name or trademark or use patented technology owned by the licensor.

License agreements help you to maintain all license agreement related information such as business unit, manufacturer, customer name and number, agreement type, status, start date, end date, country of agreement and country of usage; each of which is explained in detail below.
