Problem resolution is a phase in Problem Management where the known error has been resolved either by submitting an RFC to change management or with the help of a third party vendor and now the problem can be moved to the resolve stage. Problem resolution eliminates the root cause of the problem.
Click on the 'Submit as'
option and select 'Problem Resolve'.

The 'Category' and 'Sub Category' can be selected as it may be different from what was entered at the time of submission of the Problem record. Any resolution notes and comment can be entered. Click on 'Confirm' to update the state of the record.
