In this phase major problems are reviewed to make sure that the known error is resolved correctly. The purpose of the problem review is also to improve the process to prevent recurrence of incidents or problems.
Click on the 'Submit as' option and select 'Major Problem Review'.
Enter any comment and click on 'Confirm'.
After the review is done, any review comments are captured. Click on the 'Submit as' option and select 'Review Complete'.
Enter the details of the review. The fields are described below.
