The Root cause analysis commonly referred as RCA is a method of identifying the causes, revealing problems and solving them. It is an effective way to provide solutions to address problems in the problem management process.
After the diagnosis is done, the RCA is submitted.
Click on the 'Submit as' option and select 'RCA submitted'.
Enter the 'Root Cause', the 'Environment Used for Testing' and 'Steps taken to reproduce the problem in TEST environment', along with any comments.
Click on 'Submit'. A state change confirmation success message is displayed.
