Scheduled reports that are created with the mode of reporting selected as 'Offline' are termed as offline reports.
On the SapphireIMS menu, point to 'Reports' and click 'Offline Reports'. This will display the list of scheduled reports that are offline.

You can search for a particular report using the 'Auto Report Name Search' drop down box or you can type the 'From' date and 'To' date to search for offline reports within the specified date range.
Select an offline report and click 'DELETE' to delete the particular report.
