Process Flow Reports

Process Flow Reports provide details of the Process Flow Templates and their status. There are 2 in-built reports available.

1. Process Flow Status Report - displays the status of the reports
2. Process Flow Template Report - displays the report templates

• On the SapphireIMS menu, point to 'Reports' and click 'IT Automation Reports'.

• Click the ‘Process Flow Reports’ link. As an example, click on 'Process Flow Status Reports' to display the report.

• Click on Process Flow Template Report to displays the templates.
