Product License Usage
The following figure gives a list of all the product licenses

1. Number of Licensed Inventory Host(s): Number of licensed hosts that can be configured for inventory management i.e. from procurement to retirement.
2. Number of Licensed Performance Host(s): Number of licensed hosts that can be enabled for performance monitoring.
3. Number of Licensed Eventlog Host(s): Number of licensed hosts that can be configured for eventlog management.
4. Number of Licensed Syslog Host(s): Number of licensed hosts that can be configured for syslog management.
5. Number of Licensed Service Monitor(s): Number of licensed service monitor resources that can be configured for service monitoring.
6. Number of Licensed Application Monitor(s): Number of licensed application resources that can be configured for application monitoring.
7. Number of Licensed Business SLA’s: Number of licensed business SLA’s that can be configured for fault management.
8. Number of licensed Service Desk User(s): Number of licensed service desk users for any one of the four ITIL processes.
9. Number of Licensed Customlog Host(s): Number of licensed logs that can be configured for application log monitoring.
10. Number of Licensed Agent Host(s): Number of licensed SapphireIMS Agents that can be installed.
11. Number of licensed Service Desk Technician(s): Number of licensed service desk technicians for any one of the four ITIL processes.
12. Number of licensed Service Desk Project(s): Number of licensed service desk projects that can be configured.
Notes:
1. Total License shows the maximum number of licenses that are allocated.
2. Used License shows the number of licenses used out of the total licenses.
3. The evaluation version of SapphireIMS license is for a period of 45 days, after which registration is required.
4. On registration, the number of licensed service desk users is 100, number of licensed technicians is 50 and number of licensed service desk projects is 5. Additional licenses are chargeable.
