Scheduled report provides an option to schedule reports to be sent as an e-mail periodically. This would be useful in the following scenarios
E-mailing the reports to customers or reporting managers on a periodic basis.
Helpful in cases where SapphireIMS system is not reachable, but still the mail medium can be used to access the data wherever you are.
1. On the SapphireIMS menu, point to 'Reports' and click 'Scheduled Reports'
2. All the scheduled reports will be listed in this screen. To create a new report, click 'ADD' and read below.
On the SapphireIMS menu, point to 'Reports' and click 'Scheduled Reports'. This will display the list of in-built Scheduled Reports available.
To add a new report click on 'Add'. The following screen is displayed.

Click on 'Save'.
To edit a scheduled report, select a report from the scheduled report list and click report link. This displays the report edit screen. Make the necessary changes and click ‘Save’.
To delete a scheduled report, select a report from the scheduled report list and click ‘Delete’. This deletes the report that is selected.
