Package Name and Description

Provide the SapphireIMS agent installer package name and description

 Server Name

Provide the server IP/host name/FQDN of the system that will act as the SapphireIMS server. This is also known as the reporting server. Click 'Help' for more information

Installer Type

Select between 'Windows' or 'Linux/Mac'.

Server Port  

Enter the ‘Port’ number. This is the port number of the server where SapphireIMS is  installed. By default, the port is 80

Organization Unit

Select the OU under which the agent installer package will be executed. Default is 'Root'

Asset Tag

Specify the asset tag

HTTPS

Select this box to enable a secure communication from the agent.

Note: For this secure communication to work ‘HTTPS’ should be enabled on the server   as well.

Silent Installation

Specify whether the agent installation has to be silent (no message is displayed after agent installation)

Proxy ServerIP

Provide the proxy server IP address, if required.

Note: While multiple proxy servers are supported, additional proxy servers can be configured through Agent Configuration () once the agent is installed and starts communicating.

Proxy Server Port

Specify the proxy server port. Default is 8080

Proxy User Name

Specify the Proxy server User name

Proxy Password

Specify the Proxy server Password

VNC Remote Control Port

Enter the listener port number for e.g. 5900

Post agent installation, this port can be modified from within SapphireIMS.

• Click ‘Settings’ then from Advanced System Settings’ section select ‘Global Settings’

• Select ‘SapphireIMS Agent VNC Port’ and enter the new port number in ‘Setting Value’ text box.

Launch Process in another account

Specify whether the process has to be executed in another account. If yes,select the Profile.
