Compliance Reports

Compliance reports provide License Compliance of software, operating systems and compliance to IT policies configured.

The following in-built software compliance reports are provided:

On the SapphireIMS menu, point to 'Reports' and click 'Asset and Inventory Reports'.
Click the ‘Compliance Reports’ link. Click on the ‘Add’ button. A screen to display the report details is displayed. As an example, the report below is a Software Compliance Summary reports which displays the License Compliance status for software.

Serial No	Field Name	Description
1	Title	Enter the title of the report.
2	Description	Brief description of the report to be created.
3	Report Type	Select the type of the report. Select 'Compliance Report'.
4	Compliance Report Type	The following Compliance Reports are available: Software Compliance Detail - Listing of the software compliance data Software Compliance Summary - Summary report providing license counts IT Compliance Detail - Listing of the IT policy compliance detail IT Compliance Summary - Summary reporting providing IT compliance status License Agreement - Listing of License Agreements
5	License Names	Select the Product Licenses for which the report is needed. This is the list of discovered software.
6	IT Policy Rule Names	Select the IT Policy Rules for which the report is needed.
7	Business Unit	Select the Business Units for which the License or IT Policy Compliance is needed.
8	Fields Selection	Select the fields which need to appear in the report.
9	Advanced Filter	Reports are filtered based on the parameters, values and criteria given.
10	Access To	The Access control permissions for the Report can be set here.
	Role	Select one or more Roles for which the permission has to be given.
	Users	Select one or more Users for whom the permission has to be given.
	Access Permissions	Check one or more boxes to give permission to 'View', 'Edit', 'Delete' reports or check on 'All' if all permissions are to be given.
