Service desk home page dashboards can be customized at user level or at Technician/Approval Manager level.
In the 'Settings' panel, click on the '+' sign to expand 'General Settings'. Click on 'Dashboard Customization'.
Check the graphs to be displayed at user level
Check the 'Auto Refresh' box and select the auto refresh interval for the dashboards
