My Dashboard


 

My Dashboard feature allows the user to configure custom dashboards. The dashboard configuration supports the addition of resource parameters like static parameters, dynamic parameters, and Top/Bottom ‘n’ parameters.

 

Configure Dashboard

1. On the SapphireIMS menu, point to ‘Performance’ and click  ‘My Dashboard’ > ‘Personalize’. The 'My Dashboard' listing page provides a list view of already configured dashboards.

2. Enter a dashboard specific user friendly name.

3Enter the Refresh Interval time.

4.  Click the parameter for which dashboard is required.

 

Note: Click 'Map Users' to map the dashboard to other users.

Static Parameters

Resource Category Select the category the resource parameter belongs to

Resource Type Select the resource type. Resource type will be listed based on the selected resource category

Configured Resource Name Select the configured resource name belonging to the resource type. Only the resources that are configured for monitoring will be listed here

Resource Parameter
 
Select the availability parameter. Each of the resource type has a predefined resource availability parameter to be monitored

Chart Type Select the type of chart for display

Display View Select the display view (rows * columns)

Panel Width, Panel Height Enter Panel Width/Panel Height

 

1. Click 'Add'

2.   Click ‘OK’. Click ‘Save’ to save the dashboard configuration

 

Dynamic Parameters

Condition: Select the condition of the resource parameter and enter the corresponding condition value

1. Click 'Add'

2. Click ‘OK’. Click ‘Save’ to save the dashboard configuration

Top N/Bottom N Parameters

Filter: Select the filter option

Filter Count: Enter the filter count of parameters to be viewed

1. Click 'Add'

2. Click ‘OK’. Click ‘Save’ to save the dashboard configuration

Display View:Select display view. The default panel width and height are displayed. This can be changed by the user.

Delete: Click Delete.jpg to delete the configured parameter.

Display Order:  Enter display order value to change the row position of the parameter.

Preview:Click ‘Preview’ to view the preview of the configured dashboard.

Alias Name:Enter the Alias Name for the parameter.
