Problem Closure

User Roles: Problem User

A problem user can close the problem once it has been resolved and he is satisfied with the solution.

1. Select the 'Problem' from 'Problem' > 'My Problems' tab or 'Problems' > 'All Problems' tab or  search for the problem. Click the problem.

2. While viewing the problem, in the ‘Change State’ list,  select ‘Close'  to display a 'Change State' window.

3. Type/modify the comments and click 'Change'.

     4. The problem is now successfully closed
