SapphireIMS provides an option to add quick templates for service desk requests. Option is also provided to store documents in the repository based on a category. This section allows you to create categories for the above mentioned services.
In the 'Service Desk Configuration' section, click 'Self Service Category'
In the 'Service Desk' drop down box, select the category and click the 'Add' button to create the respective self service categories. For e.g., in the 'Service Desk' drop down box, select 'Repository Category' and click 'ADD' to create a new repository category.
Notes: 1. Delete option is available for user defined self service categories.
2. Click the 'DISPLAY OPTIONS' button to show/hide in-built self service category items
