On configuration SapphireIMS server will collect top ten Antivirus details. These details can be collected from only those systems that act as an agent. Some of the data collected are ‘Antivirus Product Name’, ‘Product’, ‘Version’, ‘Scan Enabled’ status and ‘Product Up To Date’ status
The ‘Antivirus Details’ page displays the antivirus service status and event details. Follow the steps below to configure and view the Antivirus Details.
Note: SapphireIMS supports
collection of data for versions of Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.0 and
earlier.
To allow SapphireIMS to scan and collect antivirus client details, enable the Global Setting ‘Enable or Disable Anti Virus Collection’ by clicking ‘Global Settings' from ‘Advanced System Settings' section.
Once the variable mentioned in the previous step is enabled, point to ‘IT Automation' and click ‘Antivirus Details’. The image displayed below presents antivirus information for all the systems acting as agents.

The column 'Scan Enabled Status' displays green when scan is enabled and red when the scan is disabled.
The column 'Product Upto Date' displays green when antivirus installed in the agent is up-to date with the antivirus server.
Click on the desired host to display the ‘Antivirus Details’ window.
The parameters for the respective antivirus and their values are displayed.
The ‘Service Status’ section displays status of antivirus related services.
The ‘Events’ section displays ‘Event Message’, ‘Source Name’, ‘Event Type’, ‘Time Written’, ‘Event Code’ and ‘Record Number’.
