SapphireIMS provides a facility to change the attributes that has to be imported from the LDAP/AD server. There are a default set of attributes which SapphireIMS imports from the LDAP/AD server. These attributes from the LDAP/AD server are mapped to SapphireIMS fields. This mapping can be changed as well as any user defined attributes can be added.
Click 'LDAP Attribute Settings' and select the Protocol Type for importing data (Note that ADSI is deprecated).

From the drop down under 'ADLDAP Attribute', select the LDAP attribute for the corresponding 'Display Name' field. The drop down has a default set of commonly used user attributes in LDAP/AD. In case you want to specify an attribute outside of this list select 'User Defined' and enter the attribute name in the box under 'User Defined Attribute'. Note that if it is a custom attribute, it needs to be defined in the LDAP/AD server.
Enable or disable the import of individual attributes using the slider 'Import Attribute'.
Click 'Save' to save the settings.
If a user defined attribute is specified, the 'State' indicator turns red. If you want to reset the mappings to the factory setting, click on 'Reset' and 'Save'.
To add additional fields to be imported from AD, click on 'Click to add additional field(s) from AD'. Refer to Settings->User Management->User Creation in SapphireIMS->Additional User Information for more details.
You can click on the audit log to see the changes for each field.
