SapphireIMS has a repository into which any artifact can be uploaded for sharing with all users. While the upload can only be done by the SapphireIMS Administrator, anyone with a role in any Service Desk project can download the same.
Note: Refer to SapphireIMS->Settings->Service
Desk->Repository Management for details on uploading the
artifacts.
Click on
in the menu
on the left hand panel to access the Repository.
The list of categories in the Repository is displayed.

Click on the category. A list of all sub-categories is displayed with a count of artifacts in each.

Click on any sub-category to list the artifacts stored.

Click on the download button to download and save the artifact.
