Viewing Archived Records


 

SapphireIMS provides for archival of records that have been processed. Typically when the record reaches the 'Close' state, it can be archived. Refer to Service Desk->Settings->General Settings->Data Archive Configuration for configuring data archival.

After the records are archived, they will not be visible in any of the views. If you need to view them, you can click on SD-Ticket-FilterArch.jpg button. The archived records are displayed.

Note.gifNote: Apart from archiving the records, the Audit Log, Email Notification Log, SMS Notification Log, Enclosures, Email Conversations and Attachments are also archived.
