SapphireIMS provides for archival of records that have been processed. Typically when the record reaches the 'Close' state, it can be archived. Refer to Service Desk->Settings->General Settings->Data Archive Configuration for configuring data archival.
After the records are archived, they will not be visible in any of the
views. If you need to view them, you can click on
button. The archived records are displayed.

You can perform all other operations on the any record like you can for active records.
Click on
to switch back to viewing active
records.
Note: Apart from archiving
the records, the Audit Log, Email Notification Log, SMS Notification Log,
Enclosures, Email Conversations and Attachments are also archived.
