To initiate a 'Change
Management' process a submitter must submit an 'RFC (request for change)'
for approval.
An RFC is a collection
of information regarding Summary of the Change, Description, Change Category,Urgency,
Impact and Submitter's Information. Once an RFC is submitted, it follows
the workflow configured in the 'Change Management' project.
This section explains how to submit a new
change
