SapphireIMS has a reporting framework with a number of reports in-built. You can either use these reports or modify them or design entirely new reports. Reports can be viewed online or exported and saved in different formats. Reports can also be published to the dashboard in the home screen. SapphireIMS also allows reports to be automatically generated at periodic intervals and e-mailed or viewed on-screen.
Click the Reports
option in the left hand
menu. The report listing screen is displayed. The project can be selected
from the top menu.

Click on the 'Reports' drop down menu. You can select from the Report groups which are described below.

To understand how to view In-built reports, modify existing reports, save reports in various format or publish them in the dashboard, refer Service Desk->Reports->In-built Reports.
