Reports Overview


 

SapphireIMS has a reporting framework with a number of reports in-built. You can either use these reports or modify them or design entirely new reports. Reports can be viewed online or exported and saved in different formats. Reports can also be published to the dashboard in the home screen. SapphireIMS also allows reports to be automatically generated at periodic intervals and e-mailed or viewed on-screen.

In-built Reports

In-built Service Desk reports which are shipped with SapphireIMS and categorized as follows

  • Ageing Reports

  • Analytical Reports

  • BI Reports

  • SLA Reports

  • Statistical Reports

These cover most of the commonly used reports in an IT organization.

Custom Reports

Any customized reports are listed here.

Scheduled Reports

Reports can be scheduled to be generated automatically in a periodic manner. These can be configured to be E-mailed to selected recipients.

Offline Reports

Offline reports are scheduled reports which are generated and preserved in SapphireIMS. These can be viewed by anyone having the access privileges after logging in to SapphireIMS.
